Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the COCOON MIND service ("Le Souffle", "L'Élan", "Le Cocoon"), as described on the Pricing page.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month; the annual subscription benefits from a 30% discount. COCOON MIND reserves the right to change its prices, the applicable rates being those displayed at the time of subscription.
3. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via our secure payment provider Stripe. No bank card data is stored on our servers. The subscription is tacitly renewed at each due date.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer law, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw. By requesting immediate access to the service, you agree to waive this period for the part already consumed.
5. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time, without justification, from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no pro-rata refund is due, unless otherwise legally required.
6. Availability
COCOON MIND strives to ensure continuous availability of the service but cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to maintenance, third-party providers or force majeure.
7. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the competent courts, after seeking an amicable solution.
8. Consumer mediation
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute. The details of the competent mediator will be provided on request at contact@cocoonmind.com. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
